Who is it for?

Anyone who is in pretty decent shape but can't seem to get their abs to "pop" or that 6, 8 or 12-pack to really show.  It also provides a full core targeting routine and balanced programming to provide a functional benefit as well.  Most ab routines miss this by doing one or more of the following:

  • Too many crunches with no counter strengthening movements
  • No built-in modifications for those with a weak core
  • Too many advanced exercises that can't be performed properly

This program was originally developed as a high-volume ab routine for the actors and professional fighters I worked with due to the fact they needed to add significant muscle definition to their abs and quickly!  The program consists of:

  • 24 different core exercises
  • 20-40 reps each (modifications included in program)
  • 1000 reps total (if full rep count is completed for each)

You can work your way up to the 1000 reps if you need to.  Push yourself to every time while paying more attention to the technique than the reps and this routine will put the chisel to your abs in a hurry.
