Who is it for?

Anyone who wants strengthen, tone and shape their glutes and legs in a proportionate fashion and achieve an overall lean, fit look.  

This program is designed for women but will work for Anyone.  Unlike most glute targeting programs, this program uses PEAK methodology to deliver maximum performance development in addition to the aesthetic gains and helps teach you how to get more activation in each drill, maximizing gains without overworking you.  The key areas of focus are:

  • How foot mechanics affect glute activation
  • Targeting ALL muscles of the glutes 
  • Hamstring activation for better hip stability
  • Amplifying core activation in EVERY drill for a well-toned midsection

Most people don't perform the basic drills like squats/deadlifts, bridges or thrusts properly.  They'll typically complain that their quads or hamstrings get too big because they can't properly target their glutes. 

The other common issue, is performing only stationary exercises so they miss the opportunity to stay mobile and to shed calories while building their glutes.  This makes achieving the athletic look more difficult and many women end up looking too much like bodybuillders when they weren't aiming for that.  This program addresses all of those deficiencies. 

A Comprehensive Approach

This program appreciates that in order for the foot, ankle, and knee to have optimal mechanics, they need not only both mobility and strength, but also the ability to adequate absorb and re-direct forces.

Included in this program are:

  • Range of motion drills
  • Strength & resistance training exercises
  • Plyometric exercises

Each phase of the program is appropriately progressed for all ability levels, with optional modifications for those who want a slower progression.
