My experience working with high-performing athletes, celebrities and big business people has helped me understand how to get aesthetic AND performance results with people who may have extreme time constraints, travel schedules, family issues. etc.  I have used these experiences to develop a system that can help people get the exact results they want without having to "overhaul" their lifestyles in order to do so.  Most trainers/coaches typically focus too much on the classic bodybuilding approach which puts huge constrains on your diet, doesn't prioritize mobility/movement or the functional component and typically leads to discomfort and chronic pain or even worse, injuries.

 

My PEAK methodology teaches people how to get the most out of ANY exercise, choose the right ones for specific needs, circumstances & goals, as well as how to seamlessly make the diet match that goal.  This allows people to improve their mobility/recovery while working on superficial and functional goals like hypertrophy, strength and physique.  It also, most importantly, helps people develop a better understanding of how these sliding factors affect their general health and how avoiding injury/sickness allows for greater consistency which equals far greater, longer lasting results.
